• What is the management plan for this specific project?
• What are the deliverables and what is the expected quality of each deliverable?
• What are the possible risks and issues?
• How much change is acceptable to continue the project?
• How should the progress of the project be monitored?
• How will the project be completed?
• The means and methods to address these questions are called project management (Munns et al. 1996).
