The general principle of opposites encompasses all these conceptual building blocks on the basis of which varieties find universal existence. These key concepts are in relation to static and dynamic conditions of internal constitutions of matter-energy structures. Matter is taken as the primary category which presents itself in many different forms called varieties of matter. Relationally, every element of matter has identity and constitutes a primary category of a variety which is related to states, processes, events, outcomes and phenomena in varieties. Similarly, energy is a derived category which presents itself in many different forms from matter. Relationally, every element of energy has identity and this identity constitutes a derived category of a variety which is related to states, processes, events, outcomes, communication and phenomena in varieties. Thus, one can speak of varieties in different forms which constitute a family of varieties or a family of categories. The formation of categories by indicator function has been discussed in Chap. 3 and with an extensive framework in [R17.15]. The categorial indicator function will be related to fuzzy indicator function in the possibility and the probability spaces in an attempt to understand necessity-freedom relationality under transformations and decision-choice uncertainties.

The concept of varieties may be taken as a concept of species. The identity of every variety at any time point is revealed by the corresponding characteristic-signal disposition. The collection of all characteristic-signal dispositions of the same variety from the past to any time point provides a total information available on the variety at that time point which will be the present information stock. The collection of all characteristic signal-dispositions of different varieties or categorial varieties from the past to any time point provides the total information available about the object space, the space of phenomena and the space of varieties at that time point which will be the total present information stock in the total system.

The socio-natural transformations may be internally induced or externally imposed in specific forms of relational continuum and unity under the general principle of opposites with the game strategies of dominance. The relational differences of internally induced and externally imposed transformations are found in the sustainability process in relation to some concept of time which has been discussed in Chap. 3 .

There is another important analytical core in the epistemic framework of the theory of info-dynamics in support of changing information relations among things and dynamics of the solution-problem structures of transformations. The important analytical core is that the categorial conversion part of general transformation places the information stock-flow disequilibrium in a game space for the continual destruction and creation of varieties and categorial, while the Philosophical Consciencism part of the general transformation places the information stock-flow disequilibrium process in the space of decision-choice strategies and tactics for continual destruction and creation of varieties and categorial varieties. The introduction of time allows one to define time-transformation operators as processors in terms of relational continuum and unity such that the time-transformation operators may be considered as $\mathbb{Z}$-processors (information processors).
